A 46 Sleeper Luxury Game Lodge, that offer guests a variety of accommodation in a tented camp and bush villas all with private swimming pools. Enjoy a variety of activities such as bird watching, game drives, bush walks, cycling and fishing in this leisurely environment or arrange day trips to the surrounding area to see what South Africa has to offer.
Phelwana Game Lodge has 6 Luxurious Safari Tents, which have been added to the Phelwana Collection. Each of our tents are uniquely situated and enjoy private vistas of the bush with its abundant animal and birdlife. Our tents boast a private plunge pool and deck allowing our guests to relax at leisure
Accommodates 6 Guests
Three large bedrooms sleeping 6 guests in comfort. A veranda leads off the lounge into the garden where a private swimming pool awaits you. A cosy open lapa is also situated near the pool if guests prefer to relax and unwind, soaking in the fresh air of the Bushveld.
Accommodates 4 Guests
Two of our oldest villas based on the typical hunters lodge design. Nyalas often frequent the lawn grazing during the day. A newly refurbished pool offers a tranquil setting and relaxation during those warm days. Two bedrooms en suite offer space and comfort to our guests. Thatched ceilings add to the nostalgia of the past creating an old-world charm.
Accommodates 2 Guests
Based on the similar design “Rondawel” and situated near the dam, the garden and privacy offer guests a welcome solace from the city life. Accommodating only two guests, own swimming pool and thatched Pergola which allows guests to enjoy the outdoors in peace and tranquillity.

Budding photographers can enrol in our two-day photography workshop to snap that perfect wall-mounted lion shot.
