Mopani Camp

Mopani Rest Camp is situated between Letaba and Shingwedzi Camp in the northern part of Kruger National Park, one of the largest camps in the Park. The camp was built in 1992 and got its name from the thousands of mopani trees surrounding the camp. All buildings are built with natural material which blends in beautifully with the environment and the indigenous vegetation in the camp has been left largely untouched.

Mopani Camp lies along the northern shore of the Pioneer Dam on the Tsendze River. Mopani also hosts two satellite camps – one being Tsendze Rustic Camp for campers and Boulder Bush Lodge giving everyone their own spot in nature

Mopani Camp offers four-sleeper bungalows, cottages, six-sleeper guest cottages and a guest house. The bungalows are positioned with lots of vegetation in between, creating the sense of being surrounded by nature all the time.
