Punda Maria Camp

Punda Maria Rest Camp is the northernmost camp of the Kruger National Park and is normally a last or a first stop for many travelling to the park.; about 8km from Punda Maria Gate.

Being in the sandveld area and situated amidst rolling hills with many natural springs with a subtropical climate, it is home to many species not seen elsewhere as the famous nyala antelope and is truly a birdwatchers’ paradise

Accommodation at Punda Maria Rest Camp is quite unique in that the original accommodation built in early 1930’s is still there, revamped without losing the old feel. The camp offers two- and three-sleeper units, camp sites, safari tents, guest and family cottages to choose from.
