Children of all ages are welcome at Shishangeni main lodge but not at Shawu or Shonga. Children above the age of 16 will be allowed at Shonga and Shawu.Facilities and Activities at Shishangeni, all adding to your total relaxation, include lazing around the swimming pool, reading a book from the library, sipping on a cool, refreshing glass of wine, personally selected from our well stocked wine cellar. For the more energetic, some time spent in the fully equipped gymnasium may just be the stress reliever needed. Direct telephones, internet access, facsimile facilities and cell phone signal are all standard features at the lodge.

Children: The Lodge welcomes children of all ages but regrets that for safety reasons children under the age of 6 years will not be permitted on game drives. Shishangeni is now also offering a children program with a dedicated childrens ranger that offers kiddies game drives in the mornings and afternoons with an extra activity slot before and after lunch where children are kept busy and get educated on the surrounding bush creatures.
