Accommodation in Kruger National Park

Singita Lebombo Lodge - Kruger National Park

Poised over one of Africa's most dramatic landscapes in the Kruger National Park's glorious south-east, Lebombo Lodge is set against a country that is abundant in water, antelope and big cats, with colours that shift with the changing seasons. Lebombo was created as a transient witness to the land, constructed of steel, glass and wood in reverence to the African expanse before it.

Walkways snake their way along a ridge dotted with surreal euphorbia that praise the sky, to lofts clasped like eagles' nests to the mountainside. Sparsely adorned spaces created of wall-to-wall glass; the suites are places of interaction with a wilderness that echoes to the soul.

Room Description

The full-suite rooms can be described as elevated lofts, constructed primarily with glass and wood. These include various dining and living areas, wine cellars, a fully equipped gymnasium and a state-of-the-art health spa overlooking the confluence of the rivers.

April – October
Traditionally the dry winter months. Normally best for game viewing, due to the shorter grass, lack of foliage and the absence of water which forces the game to concentrate around the remaining sources of drinking water.

December – March
Annual rainfall, usually in the form of short afternoon thunder showers that clear up within an hour, occur from December to March. Many species give birth to their young around the start of the rains, so the bush is alive with newborn animals.
